Guo Ziyi Is Made a Prince子儀封王
Steering the boat home through rushing rapids,
why fight when wind and waves rise?
If you want calm and safety,
wait for the waves to settle before passing the danger.
English rendering: our editorial version.
Turbulent conditions. Avoid pushing through; wait for the water to calm.
詩意:此卦船行急灘之象。凡事守舊待時也。

另本 Variant:急水灘頭放艇時,狂風作浪欲何為,待他浪靜風停後,穩載船歸過不危。
Guo Ziyi Is Made a Prince
Guo Ziyi saved the Tang during the An Lushan rebellion, then was stripped of command again and again by court eunuchs. He never complained. When new revolts broke out, the court had to recall him, and he was made Prince of Fenyang.
Turbulent; forcing a decision makes it worse. Slow down.
Defer big moves. Holding position is wisest until the water calms.
Little profit and money that may not stay easily. Cash is safest; avoid speculation. Treat money moves as personal judgement, not a prediction.
This lot invites gentle attention to wellbeing: watch temper and blood pressure; deal with small issues early. For anything lasting, see a qualified practitioner — this is reflection, not a diagnosis.
Steady the household and avoid takeing on new burdens until things calm down.
Those away do return, but rough conditions make travel tiring now.
Hard to recover; it will take effort.
This lot invites patience with disputes: both sides are wearing themselves out. Step back and settle while you can. A qualified adviser beats any oracle for binding matters.
